About Jim

Jim has 30 years’ experience helping organizations learn how to transform. He specializes in the development of quality, continuous improvement, strategy deployment, and agile systems from the board room to the front lines. His experience includes the automotive, office furniture, defense, healthcare, and recreational vehicle industries.

Jim has a B.S. in Liberal Studies and a Master of Health Administration from Grand Valley State University. Jim holds a Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from the University of Michigan and several Scaled Agile certifications including SAFe SPC.
